Benchmarks show OPPO Reno 3 is faster than the Reno 3 Pro

Gizchina has unearthed benchmarks comparing the new OPPO Reno 3 to the Reno 3 Pro, with the non Pro - featuring a MediaTek Dimensity 1000 family chip - is faster by a significant margin, so be sure to get the right one when you buy your first 5G smartphone!
According to the AnTuTu benchmark scores, the Reno 3 is around 25% faster in CPU and GPU performance than the Pro, featuring mainstream SD 765G, cementing the flagship status of the MediaTek Dimensity 1000 family.
The OPPO Reno 3 launched in China on December 26th 2019. Available in Misty White, Moon Night Black, Sunrise Impression and Blue Starry Night, the Reno 3 ticks many 'must-have' boxes with its 6.4-inch Full-HD+ 20:9 AMOLED display that even has TUV Rheinland certification. 800-nits peak brightness means it also supports HDR10+ content, while an ultra-fast 180Hz touch polling-rate makes sure it never misses a touch, and its in-display fingerprint sensor provides convenience.
OPPO has managed to squeeze a large 32MP selfie camera into the tiny notch, while at the back a 64MP main camera is paired to an ultra-wide camera, plus mono and depth-focused secondary cameras that enhance low-light and bokeh shots respectively.
Inside it features a generous 8GB memory plus either 128GB or 256GB storage options, while the large 4,025mAh battery gets OPPO's VOOC 4.0 fast charging technology. Connectivity includes 5G/4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, and a USB Type-C port.
The OPPO Reno 3 series has seen huge interest already, with over 1.46 million already pre-ordered just a day after it was announced.
