Honor 6 Play launches in China

The Honor 6 Play smartphone has launched in China at an affordable CNY 599. It's powered by the MediaTek MT6737T quad-core SoC operating at up to 1.4GHz, with 2GB of memory, 16GB of storage and an expandable microSD card slot (up to 128GB) and dual-SIM card slots. Combining this power efficient hardware with it's large 3,020mAh battery should easily give a day+ usage.

The Honor 6 Play is a great entry 4G LTE device; with its smaller 5-inch HD (1280 x 720) display and a light 150 grams meaning it can easily fit in more pockets and slim bag spaces.

At the back there's an 8MP camera with f/2.0 aperture and the front has a 5MP selfie camera with f/2.4 aperture.

Out the box it runs Honor's EMUI 4.1 on top of Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
