MediaTek at MWC 2024 - Connectivity

At MWC 2024, MediaTek has unveiled a range of cutting-edge connectivity innovations including next-gen satellite broadband demonstrating the world's first Ku-band phased array antenna with beamforming, which can precisely track fast-moving LEO satellites. MediaTek has also pioneered its Wireless Wireline Convergence technology, which consolidates 5G and Wi-Fi into a seamless networking experience. The new 5G RedCap platform, T300, launched this week; this new chip is built expressly for next-gen IoT devices that require exceptional power efficiency and low-latency connectivity. There are also a wide range of Wi-Fi devices from premium to mainstream from partners on display that are powered by the latest MediaTek Filogic Wi-Fi 7 platforms. And finally, Ambient Computing is a vision of the future where virtual private networks allow streamlined smart home device management, and also the potential of aggregated computing by tapping the potential of every personal computing device to perform remote processing.
