OPPO A92s launches - first with Dimensity 800

The OPPO A92s is the first smartphone with a Dimensity 800 at its heart. It merges this premium 5G-integrated chip with an ultra-fast 120Hz display, four cameras at the back, plus a pair facing frontwards within the all-screen display. OPPO offers either 6/128GB or 8/256GB memory and storage options, and dark or light color styles to buy.

With its four, powerful Arm Cortex-A76 cores in the octa-core CPU, the Dimensity 800 provides a considerable upgrade to this segment of smartphones. Four ‘Big’ Arm cores give it the grunt to handle demanding games, launch apps faster and anything else that weighs on CPU time. In addition, it integrates a powerful quad-core Arm NATT GPU, a MediaTek APU 3.0 dedicated AI processor and HDR-native imaging processor for incredible pics, videos and streams. The comprehensive, fully integrated 5G modem is capable of everything 2G-5G, offers cutting edge features like 5G/4G Dynamic Spectrum Sharing and is also capable of supporting the latest 5G standalone networks.

OPPO A92s showcases a gorgeous 6.57-inch FullHD+ display with over 90% coverage in its tall 20:9 ratio. The ultra-fast 120Hz refresh rate provides super-smooth movement for gamers, or on-screen animations and scrolling of webpages, for example. The four cameras mix a 48MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide, plus dedicated depth sensor for portrait captures and a macro lens. At the front, a 16MP primary camera is partnered with another dedicated depth sensor. The Android 10 OS is partnered with OPPO ColorOS 7.0.
