Sony Xperia L3 with MediaTek Helio P22

Sony recently introduced its Xperia L3, a mainstream smartphone that uses the capable MediaTek Helio P22 at its heart. The well-balanced L3 features a tall 18:9 HD+ 5.7-inch display that allows it to fit comfortably in the hand. Durable Gorilla Glass 5 covers the front and a choice of Silver, Black or Gold color is available for the back. Inside the octa-care P22 provides 2GHz CPU performance and PowerVR GE8320-class graphics in a 12nm design that brings exceptional power efficiency into an affordable smartphone. MediaTek's dual 4G VoLTE support provides consumer friendly carrier choice and superior connectivity options.

At the back a 13MP camera with large 1.12µm pixels capture great details even in low-light conditions. The secondary 2MP camera provides depth perception, which combined with the P22's powerful ISP and camera accelerators can create accurate Portraits in real-time. The front-facing 8MP camera offers the same pixel size, plus a slightly faster lens.

Connectivity includes the latest Bluetooth 5.0 standard, and Sony also includes USB Type-C wired connection and even NFC. A high-capacity 3,300mAh battery provides an all-day charge, while the unique, side-mounted fingerprint sensor makes unlocking easy and convenient.
