Tecno Phantom 8 launches with 10x super zoom, 20MP FF camera

The Tecno Phantom8 is all about design and photography. The 5.7-inch smartphone has an impressive 20MP front facing camera, along with dual rear cameras that sport up to 10x optical zoom via the 13MP telephoto sensor, and a 12MP Sony wide-angle sensor. Its “4 in 1” technology means each pixel gets four times the normal light, giving the final image much brighter results; perfect for low-light conditions. The Phantom8 can do depth of field photography and its dual-mode selfie flash is aligned to ambient light and skin-tone sensing, which provides the right brightness and LED flash color mix to give the perfect shot.

This is all powered by the Helio P25 - a fast, 2.6GHz octa-core CPU that incorporates MediaTek Imagiq's powerful camera capabilities. This chip is combined with a huge 6GB of speedy-yet-power efficient LPDDR4X memory, 64GB of internal storage, microSD expansion up to 2TB and a WorldMode 4G LTE Cat-6 modem that provides up to 300Mbps download speeds.
