The MT5932 is a highly-integrated single chip offering an ARM Cortex-M4 with floating point unit , a low-power 1T1R 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi subsystem and an advanced Power Management Unit. Peripheral connectivity includes SDIO, UART, I2C, SPI, I2S, PWM, and auxiliary ADC.

The MT5932 contains 348KB of embedded RAM.
