The MediaTek i700 platform features an eight-core architecture that integrates two Arm Cortex-A75 processors operating up to 2.2 GHz and six Cortex-A55 processors operating up to 2.0 GHz. An IMG PowerVR 9XM-HP8 GPU up to 970MHz provides ample 3D graphics performance. In addition, the i700 platform is equipped with MediaTek's CorePilot technology, ensuring that the eight cores can optimally configure computing resources in the most efficient manner, delivering the highest performance while achieving the lowest power consumption. The MediaTek i700 platform incorporates the MediaTek APU 2.0: a dual-core AI processor plus AI Accelerator with AI face detection engine that offers 5X greater performance than the i500. Supporting MediaTek's NeuroPilot SDK, it is fully compatible with Google's Android Neural Networks API (Android NNAPI) within Android OS, providing complete development tools that enable solution providers and device manufacturers the advantage of industry-standard frameworks such as TensorFlow, TF Lite, Caffe and Caffe2.

Paired to its powerful AI, MediaTek i700 can support a super 32MP single camera with up to 30fps capture, or dual-camera combinations of up to 24 MP + 16 MP. Combined with its in-built depth sensing engine, dual camera combinations provide reliable, real-time depth calculation data for people or object focusing, distance calculations or environmental mapping. In more niche applications that require accurate identification of fast-moving objects, up to 120fps high-speed capture is available. Meanwhile, its efficient triple ISP design can handle 14-bit RAW and 10-bit YUV capture for high detail imagery. Connectivity includes support for 2x2 802.11ac Wi-Fi and low-power Bluetooth 5.0 technology, plus 4G LTE up to Cat.12 with 4x4 MIMO and 3 Carrier Aggregation; ideal for mobile applications that require ultra-fast and highly-reliable connectivity.
