Featuring an octa-core architecture with 2× Arm® Cortex-A76 (2.2GHz) + 6× Arm® Cortex-A55 (2.0GHz) and an Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, it enables fast, responsive user experiences ideal for display-centric and premium IoT devices.

With support for FHD+ 120Hz displays, 32MP single or 16MP + 16MP dual cameras, 2K30 video decode, and FHD60 video encode, the MT8781 is well-suited for advanced HMI, education devices, POS systems, and multimedia-rich industrial applications. Integrated 4G/LTE Cat-13, Wi-Fi 5 + Bluetooth 5.2, and optional Wi-Fi 6E expansion enable flexible and globally deployable connectivity.
