    MT8516 SoM

    The MT8516 System-on-Module (SoM) is designed and Google Certified for Android Things. It is a highly integrated, power-efficient and versatile platform combining MT8516 SoC with MT7668 wireless connectivity and MT6392 PMIC.

    The MT8516 SoM supports a broad set of peripherals such as USB, dual microphones, stereo speakers, UART, SPI, I2C and more. The integrated MT7668 adds the latest wireless connectivity technologies including 2T2R Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac and Bluetooth 5.0.

    Being Google Certified allows developers to leverage the core benefits of Android Things including hardware configuration, securely managed software updates and long-term support via the Android Things Console. With the availability of the MT8516 SoM, developers can now easily apply their software innovations onto silicon, incorporating Google Voice Assistant and creating novel IoT solutions.
