A MediaTek team has received the "ISSCC 2024 Anantha P. Chandrakasan Distinguished Technical Paper Award" for their 2024 paper titled:
The Anantha P. Chandrakasan Award for Distinguished Technical Paper is ISSCC's highest honor, selected annually by the ISSCC committee. The award was presented at the ISSCC 2025 conference, and this is the second time MediaTek has won the award, with the first in 2021 for the paper:

- MAE: A 3nm 0.168 mm² 576 MAC Mini Autoencoder with Line-Based Depth-First Scheduling for Generative AI in Vision on Edge Devices.
- A Power- and Area-Efficient 4nm Self-Calibrated 12b/16 GS/s Hierarchical Time-Interleaving ADC.
