The new OPPO Reno13 series is the first smartphone powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350. The premium chip provides OPPO with an advanced, generative AI-capable NPU, alongside an octa-core CPU featuring Arm Cortex-A715 processors operating at speeds of up to 3.35GHz. Meanwhile, the six-core Arm Mali-G615 graphics processor operates alongside MediaTek's Adaptive Gaming Technology, which utilizes unique performance algorithms to continuously monitor the smartphone's temperature and adjust it to meet the game's demands. In the Reno13 series this achieves a 60% boost in peak performance, and up to 55% greater efficiency.
For the Reno13 series, MediaTek and OPPO optimized the platform to deliver significant advancements in both power efficiency and performance, marking a leap forward in mobile AI experiences. The Dimensity 8350 fully supports the Reno13 series’ extensive AI features in the all-new ColorOS 15. The chip's powerful NPU 780 delivers a 3.3x improvement in overall AI performance compared to previous generation Dimensity platforms, enhancing the Reno13 series’ user experience in AI-powered imaging and gaming.
Of the two smartphones available, the Reno13 features a generous 6.59-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, while the Reno13 Pro extends the display size even further to 6.83 inches. Both phones include 50MP front-facing cameras, optical under-display fingerprint scanners and many other exciting technologies.
