The G25 provides fast and fun gaming experiences from its combination of octa-core Arm Cortex-A53 CPU operating up to 2GHz plus IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU with speeds of up to 650MHz. All-screen smartphone designs up to 20:9 ratio with HD+ resolution displays offer a great balance between performance and power-efficiency. By using an advanced 12nm production process, the G25 has superb power efficiency, which combined with HyperEngine’s intelligent power management ensures long battery-life smartphones.

The G25 enables multi-camera smartphones and includes a hardware depth engine for dual-camera bokeh photography with speed and precision. A single camera mode of up to 21MP, with capable AI-camera, also provides simulated bokeh effects. The Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) and Rolling Shutter Compensation (RSC) engine cleverly mitigate warped (‘jello effect’) video when capturing fast action or panning video.

An integrated Camera Control Unit (CCU) powers the Instant Auto Exposure (AE), which provides considerably faster focusing and exposure adjustment when environmental lighting conditions change suddenly. The integrated 4G LTE WorldMode modem includes essential dual 4G SIM support allowing VoLTE/ViLTE on both connections. It’s highly power-efficient design extends battery life, while MediaTek TAS 2.0 smart antenna technology actively detects signal quality to provide the best connection with lowest power use.

A dedicated GNSS sub-processor provides a fast Hot TTFF with accurate results and ultra-low power operation.
