MT7697H / HD

MediaTek MT7697H is a highly integrated SoC designed for FreeRTOS. It combines an Arm Cortex-M4 application processor with floating point unit, low power 1T1R 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2 subsystem and power management unit. Interfaces include UART, I2C, SPI, I2S, PWM, IrDA, and auxiliary ADC. It's tiny QFN68 (8x8) package ensures it can be easily fitted into the smallest smart home products. 

Using Amazon FreeRTOS, there's out-the-box support for Amazon Web Services.
MT7697H platform specific enhancements include 4MB embedded Flash and a Secure Boot unit capable of AES256, 3DES and SHA1/2 encryption.

The MT7697HD adds 5GHz 802.11a Wi-Fi.
