    The MediaTek MT8863 is a 5G IoT entry segment platform built on an advanced 6nm process, delivering exceptional power efficiency and always-connected performance. Featuring a 2x Arm® Cortex®-A76 + 6x Arm® Cortex®-A55 CPU configuration, it is designed for value-oriented 5G IoT applications requiring high responsiveness, low power consumption, and seamless 5G connectivity.

    With support for FHD+ 120Hz display, 2K multimedia processing, high-resolution camera interfaces, and high-speed USB 3.0 dual mode interface, the MT8863 is ideal for 5G entry AIDC, MiFi, industrial HMI,  and various IoT portable applications. Its integrated 5G 3GPP Rel. 16 modem enables advanced cellular features, making it a future-ready solution for connected devices.
