Faster 5G Carrier Aggregation

With 2CC-CA including mixed duplex FDD+TDD, MediaTek Dimensity 1080 smartphones can combine low and mid-band advantages for higher speeds and greater reach. 5G-CA enables higher average speeds and a seamless handover between two 5G connection areas across a coverage layer, where users receive over 30% greater throughput layer coverage than without CA.

Dual 5G SIM

The Dimensity 1080 provides dual 5G SIM (standalone), with support for premium VoNR call services from both connections.
