Sameer Sharma is AVP & GM of MediaTek's AIOT BU (Americas & Europe), a thought leader and serial intrapreneur in edge-to-cloud AI/IoT with 24 years scaling strategic initiatives. Previously Global GM (New Business Initiatives) for AIOT/5G at Intel, he grew new categories into one of the company's fastest-growing businesses and drove smart city solutions in transportation, public safety, sustainability, and private 5G. He has served on boards including MIT Mobility Initiative and ENO Center for Transportation, and earlier scaled initiatives spanning Xeon, network processors, and mobile/embedded design wins.
